Which Supercar Can I Rent After the LA Auto Show?

You spend a Saturday walking the halls of the Los Angeles Convention Center, sitting in cars you can’t take past the velvet rope, and by the time you reach the parking garage you want to drive something fast. A supercar rental is the easy answer, and it works best when you plan it around the show instead of after it. The LA Auto Show 2026 runs for ten days in late November, which gives you plenty of room to book a car for the morning after.

The cars on a show floor stay on the carpet, so the smart move is to see the new models there and book one you can actually drive on a canyon road the next day. Here’s how to fit the show, the car and the drive into one weekend.

Los Angeles Auto Show Dates, Venue and Tickets for 2026

According to the official LA Auto Show site, the 2026 show runs November 20 to 29 at the Los Angeles Convention Center downtown. That covers two full weekends plus Thanksgiving week, and the show stays open on Thanksgiving Day itself with shorter hours.

The show’s Know Before You Go page lists the daily schedule as subject to change. Weekend days run late into the evening, the Monday to Wednesday hours are shorter, and Thanksgiving closes in the afternoon. The same page says general admission tickets are sold online only and generally don’t sell out, while the VIP guided tours led by an automotive expert usually sell out quickly. It also points visitors to the convention center garages, nearby lots around L.A. Live and the Metro station about a block away.

If you’re checking Los Angeles Auto Show dates to plan a car around them, a weekday visit gives you the quieter halls and a weekday rental. Buy your tickets on the official site and check the hours for your day before you go.

What to Look for at the LA Auto Show 2026

The show’s published brand list for 2026 covers mainstream and premium makers, with Porsche placed in the atriums and concourse foyer rather than the main halls. Cadillac, Genesis, Lucid and Rivian are also on the list, along with the big volume brands that run test drives and ride-alongs outside. The show notes that the brand lineup can change, so check the list again before your visit.

For a driver, the Porsche display is the one to spend time at. It’s a chance to sit in a current 911, look at how the cabin is laid out and get a feel for the seating position before you drive one. The ride-and-drive areas are worth a stop too, mostly to remind yourself how different a family crossover feels from what you’ll be driving the next day.

McLaren and Rolls-Royce aren’t on the published brand list as we write this. If those are the cars you came to dream about, our fleet is where you’ll find them.

From the Show Floor to the Road: Supercars You Can Rent Now

If you typed “supercar rental Los Angeles” into your phone on the walk back to the garage, start with these three. All of them are in our current catalog, and each one gives you a very different day. Day rates below are from the car pages at the time of writing.

Porsche 911 GTS. If the Porsche stand is your favorite part of the show, the Porsche 911 GTS rental is the natural follow-up. The current GTS runs Porsche’s T-Hybrid system: a 3.6-liter flat-six with an electric exhaust turbocharger, helped by an electric motor built into the PDK gearbox, for a combined 532 hp on Porsche’s 911 Carrera GTS page. Rear-axle steering is standard, so the car turns in tighter at low speed and stays calm at freeway pace. Ours is gray and starts from $795 a day.

McLaren 750S. For the full supercar experience, book the orange McLaren 750S. On the McLaren 750S page, the maker quotes 750 PS (about 740 hp) from its V8 and a dry weight of 1,277 kg (about 2,815 lb), and it highlights hydraulic steering that keeps you in close touch with the front tires. Add the dihedral doors that swing up and forward, and it’s the car people will gather around at your coffee stop. It starts from $1,695 a day.

Rolls-Royce Spectre. If the show left you more interested in quiet luxury than lap times, the Rolls-Royce Spectre in Tempest Gray is the car to book. It’s the first fully electric Rolls-Royce, a long two-door coupe with four seats, and it moves through downtown traffic almost silently. It starts from $1,795 a day.

Planning a Supercar Drive After the Show

Downtown Los Angeles sits within reach of both the mountains and the coast, so you can pick the drive that suits the car.

Canyons. Angeles Crest Highway (State Route 2) climbs into the San Gabriel Mountains above La Cañada Flintridge, with long sweeping bends and views over the basin. It’s a good match for the 911 GTS or the 750S on an early weekday morning, when traffic is light. Late November can bring cold mornings and the occasional closure at higher elevations, so check the route on Caltrans road information before you head up.

Coast. Pacific Coast Highway through Santa Monica and Malibu is the slower, more scenic option, and it suits the Spectre perfectly. Time it for late afternoon and you’ll catch the light over the water before dinner.

Keep the plan simple: one road, one lunch stop and a relaxed drive back, so you’re never rushing a car you’ve only just met.

How a Supercar Rental Works With Us

Every car in our catalog has its own page with the day rate, and the deposit and extra-mile rate are on each car’s page too. Read those before you request a date so there are no surprises.

Age rules and any young-driver fee depend on the car, so confirm them with the team before you book. If you’re visiting from another country, we help visitors from abroad arrange coverage; ask for the terms in writing. If you’d like the car brought to you, ask the team about delivery to your hotel or home. And if you’d rather enjoy the evening from the back seat, ask us about a chauffeur.

You can reach our team at (949) 877-6485 or reservations@monzaexotics.com. When you call, have the car, your dates and where you’re staying ready.

When to Rent a Supercar Around Show Week

Show week overlaps with Thanksgiving, which means a lot of people are in town with time off, and popular cars book early. If you have a specific car in mind, reserve it as soon as your show day is set.

A Monday to Wednesday visit lines up well with our weekday savings Monday to Thursday. You’d see the show while the halls are calmer and drive the canyons on a quieter weekday. For a longer stay, our specials page offers “Rent for two days, get the third day free,” which suits a show day, a canyon day and a coast day in a row. Promotions can’t be combined, so ask the team which one fits your dates.

Book Your Supercar for Show Week

If you’re already planning your trip to the convention center, pick your car now so the drive is waiting when the show is done. Browse the 911 GTS, the 750S and the Spectre on our supercar rental page, or see the full fleet on our Los Angeles car rental page, then call (949) 877-6485 to lock in your dates.
